ECUADOR offers a unique variety of cultures and environments on a fairly small area. Allow us to introduce you to some of the most stunning parts of this country meanwhile we bike down the best downhills to be found anywhere! The people behind BIKETOURS ECUADOR have been doing bike tours for over eight years. We want to give you the best experience, with the best equipment, to the best price. A bilingual guide is always biking with you and the 4x4 support vehicle is behind us all the time. Having Quito, the capital of Ecuador, as our base we offer downhill mountainbike tours from one up to six days. Our tours are for everyone, no matter your biking skills, and includes everything, from that we pick you up in the morning until we leave you at our office or at your hotel in the afternoon.
EQUIPMENT We provide brand new MARIN ALPINE TRAIL mountainbikes in different sizes with SHIMANO ACERA components and GRIND front shocks. Bikes are provided with strap sets, waterbottle and a computer. For your personal protection there are helmets, gloves and protection pads (elbows and knees).
TRANSPORT To transport us and equipment to our biking destinations we use reliable 4x4 Toyota Landcruisers.
FOOD During the 1 day tours we serve you a light breakfast and a hearty box lunch. On the longer tours we use a combination of box lunches and restaurants. Water and snacks are provided during the tours.
